Dean MacDougall

Dean MacDougall is legal counsel for the Government of Canada working in the Trade Law Bureau.  He advises on international law, WTO rules and Canadian law relating to international trade matters. He also teaches classes on international trade law as an adjunct professor at University of Ottawa and coaches students in its moot court program. Dean volunteers as an officer and board member of the Gay Ottawa Volleyball league. In his free time he is active in all manner of sports like running, cycling, rowing, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee, and is an occasional beer brewer. Dean is pleased to assist Genvironment in an advisory role on governance and corporate issues to help the organization deliver on its mission.
